Once a request has been received, it will be assigned to a mobile notary agent in the area, where the signer is located. Throughout the process, our team monitors your request to ensure that the signing is completed correctly and on time.
WHAT WE DO
We are mobile and travel to your home or office, meet you at a restaurant, library, hospital or even jail if needed. As notaries our job is to validate your identification, then we will ensure each document is signed, dated and initialed correctly. We offer competitive rates. Please note that our travel fees are applicable in addition to the notary fees.

PLEASE NOTE : You are hiring a mobile notary public. You are paying an additional fee for the convenience of mobile service to your location. This fee can change based on distance and time of day. If you require service during peak traffic times or after 7:00pm, the travel fee is increased depending on the hour and distance we have to travel.

Before your notarization:
CHECK LIST
1. DO NOT SIGN document until you are in the presence of the notary.
Acknowledgment Certificate is OK to have been signed years ago.
2. COMPLETELY FILL IN ALL BLANK SPACES IN DOCUMENT BEFORE NOTARY ARRIVES
BUT DO NOT SIGN! Cannot Notarize incomplete documents!
3. If you have questions about how to complete the document, contact the person who
drafted or requested the document. A Notary Public is unable to provide legal advice
or assistance in the drafting and/or completion of documents.
4. Every signer must physically appear, be coherent and present acceptable ID at the time of
notarization. IDENTIFICATION PROBLEMS- SEE BELOW
5. Original documents must be presented for all Copy Certification.
Vital records (birth, death and marriage) cannot be notarized.
6. Know which Notary Certificate you need. Notary cannot give advice on which one to use.
IDENTIFICATION:
All identification cards must be ORIGINAL, current or issued within the last 5 years, contain a photo, physical description, signature, and serial number. Identification procedures are mandated by the Georgia Secretary of State. The following forms of identification are acceptable:

• Foreign Passports Stamped by U.S. Customs
